The Kenwood BM450 Bread Maker has a sleek design and a body made of stainless steel and glass; the lid is removable and has a large viewing window and there are 15 different baking programs and five personal settings for different kinds of bread, dough, cakes, and even jam. The controls are touch-sensitive and extremely easy to use and there is also a light viewing button that permits the baking progress to be monitored. The delay timer allows the baking to be delayed for up to 15 hours and the ingredients dispenser can add ingredients like seeds and nuts to the bread automatically and has a 125gr capacity.
Other features of the Kenwood BM450 Bread Maker are the three different crust color modes: light, medium, and dark, and there is also up to one hour keep-warm function, eight minutes power interruption program, and fast baking mode. The bread maker can bake loaves of 500g, 750g, and 1kg; it weighs 9.5kg, and the box contains one measuring cup, measuring spoon, instruction manual, and recipe book.

With stainless steel and black glass on top, this bread maker fits perfectly in my kitchen and also bakes lovely loaves every single time! I used to have a bread maker that was really noisy and I was afraid that this one would be quite noisy too, but it is much quieter that my previous model. I love the three crust options and the delay timer too, and so far haven’t had any problems at all.
What I love about the Kenwood BM450 is the oven light – it lets me watch the bread as it is baking and is one thing that I would never get tired of. So far, all the recipes that I have tried produced tasty bread, but I am a bit of a traditionalist and would never try the rapid baking function since I am not entirely convinced that it would give me good quality loaf. The controls are lovely too, but at the beginning, you will probably have to open the manual quite often since from their symbols it isn’t that clear what each one of them does.
I make whole-wheat and white bread and every once in a while dough for my bans and I am delighted with the quality of this bread maker. It has a lot of different features and you can mix and bake just about anything, and it is also very easy to use and clean.
